Late 1800's Cabinet Plate with a beautiful Lady with long flowing curls.. This plate is marked Victoria Austria. This has one stress crack and two small chips, also wear on the front.  So it is not for the perfectionist.  Stunning  just the same. This measures 10'' w. 1.5'' t.
